ARTICLE 1: Personal data

The Customer is informed that the collection of its personal data is necessary for the Seller’s sale of the Products and their transfer to third parties for the purpose of delivering the Products. This personal data is collected only for the execution of the sales contract.

1.1 Collection of personal data
The personal data collected on the www.wonderoute.com website are the following:
– When creating the customer/user account: Name, first name, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address and bank details for payment of the Product

Payment
As part of the payment of the Products offered on the site www.wonderoute.com, the latter records financial data relating to the Customer/user’s bank account or credit card.

1.2 Recipients of personal data
Personal data will be used by the Seller and its co-contractors for the performance of the contract and to ensure the efficient sale and delivery of the Products.

The category or categories of co-contractor(s) is (are):

  • Carriers
  • Payment institution service providers

1.3 Data Manager
The data controller is the Seller, within the meaning of the Data Protection Act and, as of May 25, 2018, of Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data.

1.4 limitation of processing
Unless expressly authorized by the Customer, his personal data will not be used for advertising or marketing purposes.

1.5 Duration of data retention
The Seller retains the data so collected for a period of 5 years, the period of expiration of the applicable contractual civil liability.

1.6 Security and privacy
Seller implements organizational, technical, software and physical digital security measures to protect personal data from alteration, destruction and unauthorized access. However, it should be noted that the Internet is not a completely secure environment and the vendor cannot guarantee the security of sending or storing information on the Internet.

1.7 Implementation of Customer and User Rights.
Under the regulations applicable to personal data, Customers and users of the www.wonderoute.com website have the following rights:

  • They can update or delete the data relating to them as follows: in the customer’s own environment or by sending an e-mail to info@wonderoute.com.
  • They can delete their account by writing to the email address listed in Article 1.3 “Controller”.
  • They can exercise their right of access to know the personal data relating to them by writing to the address mentioned in Article 1.3 “Controller”.
  • If the personal data held by the Vendor is incorrect, the Vendor may request to update the information by writing to the address mentioned in Article 1.3 “Controller”.
  • They may request the deletion of their personal data, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, by writing to the address listed in Article 1.3 “Data Controller”.

These rights, provided they do not conflict with the purpose of the processing, may be exercised by sending a request by mail or e-mail to the controller whose contact information is listed above.

The controller must respond within a maximum of one month.

In case of refusal to grant the Customer’s request, it must be justified.

The Customer is informed that in case of refusal, he can file a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 PARIS, France) or appeal to a judicial authority.

The Customer may be asked to check a box agreeing to receive informational and promotional emails from the Vendor. He will always be able to withdraw his consent at any time by contacting the Vendor (contact details above) or by following the unsubscribe link.
